• For a period of 10 years* from date of purchase, ALUMATE warrants that the ALUMATE woodgrain finish will not fade (within allowable limits), peel, or flake.
• In order to maintain a valid warranty, the Product will need to be maintained according to ALUMATE’s care and maintenance guides and a record kept of the cleaning schedule.

Dulux:
Duralloy: 10 years colour and durability (suitable for exterior residential applications with less than 4 levels)
Duratec: 20 years colour, 25 years durability

Interpon:
D1000 series – up to 10 years colour retention and 10 years film integrity (suitable for exterior residential applications with up to 3 levels)
D2000 series – 15-20 years colour retention and 20-25 years film integrity

1. Damage by storm, tempest, acts of God (including but not limited to earthquakes, cyclones, floods or other severe weather conditions or unusual climatic conditions), growth of mould, mildew, fungi, bacteria, or any other organism on the surface of the Product, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of ALUMATE;
2. Variations in timber look patterns;
3. Variations in colour in different production runs or batches;
4. Small blemishes on the surface of the Product; and
5. Labour or Freight including costs associated with removing or replacing the defective Product.
